Never Iron another shirt again! Our shirt laundry service
turns wrinkled and soiled shirts back into crisp business attire
like magic. We don't stop with washing -- we remove stains,
replace buttons, mend seams and beautifully finish your shirts
(crackling with starch, if you like!)
Alterations
and Repairs
From replacing a missing button to altering a suit, our expert
tailors can handle your sewing needs. Just let our counter or
route staff know what repairs or alterations are needed, and
they will see that your instructions are followed. For alterations,
a counter staff is available for fittings between the hours
of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and by appointment
on Saturdays.

Garment Storage
Save closet space, avoid insect and moisture damage
to your out-of-season clothing by storing them with us. Your
clothing will be cleaned, treated with a scentless moth repellent,
and kept in our safe and dry storage facilities until you are
ready to wear them again.

and Suede
We handle your costly and beautiful leather and suede clothing
with kid gloves! Our skilled leather cleaners are expert at
cleaning delicate skins and restoring color, luster and softness
to your suede and leather garments.
Fur
Cleaning and Storage
Protect your investment by having your furs cleaned and glazed
at least once a year. We highly recommend our cold storage service
for the summer months, to prevent the skin dehydration and eventual
hair loss caused by heat and humidity.

We clean, block and finish all draperies from kitchen gingham
to sitting room damask. Our drivers can pick up and re-install

to expert removal of stains and discolorations, we hand finish
all tablecloths and napkins and gently fold them over a roller
to return them to you. Creases are never pressed in!

Our exclusive cleaning and preservation service ensures that

Q. How do I set up Dryclean and Shirt Salon's free pick-up
and delivery at my home?
A. Call one of our locations that offer pickup and
delivery between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm.

What payment plans does Dryclean and Shirt Salon offer?
A.
You
can pay with your VISA, Mastercard and Discover card or arrange
a convenient Dryclean and Shirt Salon house account which is
set up on a 30 day payment plan.
Q.
Once service to your home is set up, what happens next?
A.
You
and your route salesman will determine what type of delivery
service and frequency you need...once a month...once a week...or
two or three times a week. Items to be cleaned or laundered
can be left on your porch or hung on the door in the special
bag provided by Dryclean and Shirt Salon. Your order will be
picked-up on designated days and then returned freshly cleaned
and pressed on the next scheduled pick-up/delivery day.
Q.
What should I do if my order is missing an item or I find
something as small as a cracked button on a shirt or blouse?
A.
At
Dryclean and Shirt Salon, we are constantly striving for quality
control in every department. You can rest assured that Dryclean
and Shirt Salon will find the missing item, replace the cracked
button and deliver the completed order on the next scheduled
pick-up/delivery day.

What happens if I go on vacation or there is a national
holiday on the day of my pick-up/delivery?
A.
You
have several options. You can speak directly with your route
salesman or you can call our customer service department to
reschedule your pick-up/delivery while you are on vacation.
Dryclean and Shirt Salon observes all national holidays and
when the holiday falls on a week day, Dryclean and Shirt Salon
will pick-up/deliver the next day.

If I have a suggestion or comment, who do I speak to?

We'd

route salesman in person or call Dryclean and Shirt Salon's
customer service department. And remember...Dryclean and Shirt

upholstered furniture, table linens, blankets, quilts, spreads
and we even electronically clean the feathers in your pillows,
then gently blow them into a brand new ticking. In addition,
Dryclean and Shirt Salon has seperate divisions that are set-up
to take care of fire and smoke restorations, flood and water
damage, expert suede and leather cleaning and fur cleaning,
glazing, restoration and storage.
WORKING
FOR A CLEANER ENVIRONMENT:
Dryclean
and Shirt Salon wants you to know...
that recent changes in state and federal requirements for the
dry cleaning industry have been made to protect the environment.
Some of these new laws regulate the proper removal, transportation
and disposal of dry cleaning and laundry waste. While these
new laws help our environment stay cleaner, they also have added
to our cost of doing business.
Soil and
chemicals removed from your garments through the dry cleaning
and laundry process must be disposed of carefully. Soil collected
from dirty garments must be stored properly and transported
by a federally-licensed refuse company. Dryclean and Shirt Salon
has always been a leader in the recycling movement and we have
chosen an approved company that recycles the usable waste by-products
and chemicals.
In addition
to waste removal, Dryclean and Shirt Salon has purchased state-of-the-art
equipment to control that waste, held employee seminars on waste
removal and recycling and obtained the proper permits to operate
our dry cleaning equipment. Our employees are aware of any health
and right-to-know laws. As the laws and requirements change,
we'll keep you, our customers, abreast of those new guidelines.
