Q. How do I set up Dryclean and Shirt Salon's free pick-up and delivery at my home?
A.
Call one of our locations that offer pickup and delivery between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm.

 

Q. What payment plans does Dryclean and Shirt Salon offer?
A. You can pay with your VISA, Mastercard and Discover card or arrange a convenient Dryclean and Shirt Salon house account which is set up on a 30 day payment plan.

 

Q. Once service to your home is set up, what happens next?
A. You and your route salesman will determine what type of delivery service and frequency you need...once a month...once a week...or two or three times a week. Items to be cleaned or laundered can be left on your porch or hung on the door in the special bag provided by Dryclean and Shirt Salon. Your order will be picked-up on designated days and then returned freshly cleaned and pressed on the next scheduled pick-up/delivery day.

 

Q. What should I do if my order is missing an item or I find something as small as a cracked button on a shirt or blouse?
A. At Dryclean and Shirt Salon, we are constantly striving for quality control in every department. You can rest assured that Dryclean and Shirt Salon will find the missing item, replace the cracked button and deliver the completed order on the next scheduled pick-up/delivery day.

 

Q. What happens if I go on vacation or there is a national holiday on the day of my pick-up/delivery?
A. You have several options. You can speak directly with your route salesman or you can call our customer service department to reschedule your pick-up/delivery while you are on vacation. Dryclean and Shirt Salon observes all national holidays and when the holiday falls on a week day, Dryclean and Shirt Salon will pick-up/deliver the next day.

 

Q. If I have a suggestion or comment, who do I speak to?
A. We'd love to hear from you! Feel free to talk directly with your route salesman in person or call Dryclean and Shirt Salon's customer service department. And remember...Dryclean and Shirt Salon team members are here to answer any of your concerns or comments.

 

Q. What if I have questions about my invoice or statement?
A. Call Dryclean and Shirt Salon and ask for the Accounting Department. They will assist you with any questions that you may have.

 

Q. Besides dry cleaning and laundry, what other services does Dryclean and Shirt Salon provide?
A.
At Dryclean and Shirt Salon, we like to say ... "We clean everything in your home but the walls." All types of rugs including those cherished Orientals, wall-to-wall carpet, draperies, upholstered furniture, table linens, blankets, quilts, spreads and we even electronically clean the feathers in your pillows, then gently blow them into a brand new ticking. In addition, Dryclean and Shirt Salon has seperate divisions that are set-up to take care of fire and smoke restorations, flood and water damage, expert suede and leather cleaning and fur cleaning, glazing, restoration and storage.
